VALLEY OF LOVE

Isabelle and Gérard, an ex couple formed by two famous actors who after years without seeing each other, receive a letter from his son Michael, who committed suicide six months ago. In this letter, Michael appoints them in "The Valley of Death", at the heart of the United States. Despite the absurdity of the situation, the father and mother decide to go. The ghosts of their common past appear and disappear without cessation throughout their search of the ghost of this son who has sent them to the threshold of death in California. The story of their relationship unfolds, surrounded by the echoes of their unions and separations. Walking the roads and canyons under a relentless heat, the reconstituted couple makes a kind of exorcism of time, of the weight of fears, regrets and mistakes, bridging the gap between them and freeing themselves by releasing the spirit of their son.
