Storyline

In a fighting bull estate in the countryside of central Mexico lives a happy family. In this planet you feel the agonizing remnants of the old world of country labour contrasting with the modernity of existence: the children, the frequent presence of visitors and the technology of their communication. Esther takes on the running of the ranch with power and grace; Juan, a world renowned writer, gives himself to the task of raising the beasts. When Esther infatuates with a horse-breaker, Juan seems unable to meet the expectations he has of himself.
