thanks to his newest film Mommy. 

He explained that the success is thanks to the emotional punch that

the movie has.

 

"We made the movie with our hearts, I think that people felt

that emotion and identified with the characters. I don't have

a more sophisiticated theory than that." Xavier Dolan
